• Provide property price estimates.
• Connect you with real estate agents if you request it.
• Improve the service through aggregated usage analysis.

Legal basis

User consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for submitting contact data. Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for usage analytics.

Data sharing

Your contact data will only be shared with real estate agents if you give explicit consent when requesting a valuation. We do not sell data to third parties.

Retention

Contact data is kept for 12 months from the request. Analytics data is kept in anonymised form indefinitely.
